This is reminiscent of Godsmack, mixed with Pearl Jam. Overall, the songs are well crafted, and the vocalist has the classic gravelly voice that makes them distinctive. Worth checking out!

Biography
A Guilty Revelation was formed in mid 2009 by former Devils Under the Influence frontman, D. Razr. After his old band broke up, he took some much needed time away from the music scene. During this time he was writing new material and decided to put together a solo project. In the meantime, he dabbled with a few other bands, but nothing solid came from it. When he decided on his solo project, he recruited Zack, the drummer who would play on this solo project. They spent the better half of 2009 working on the new material and looking for a bass player to round out the studio team. Zack had originally come on board as a studio drummer, so in addition to finding studio musicians, Razr faced the challenge of finding musicians to gig with as well, to promote this upcoming cd. It was at the end of 2009 when, what some would call fate, intervened. After almost a year of not speaking to his former band mates, D. Razr contacted the former D.U.I. bassist, Thumper, in hopes of rebuilding relations between the two of them. The two picked up where they had left off from D.U.I. and quickly decided to get together just to see if the magic was still there. It was and the result was Thumper's permanent return to join his old bandmate in this new incarnation, called A Guilty Revelation. It was after a few practices for the studio with the two old bandmates and Zack, that the three decided to give it a go as not only a studio band, but a live band as well. Since then, they haven't looked back and A Guilty Revelation was born. Now with a new drummer, new name, and new material, the three Pittsburgh boys of hard rock are ready to get out there and take the scene by storm!
